1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the XVault platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Each user may maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
- XVault reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
3. Deposits & Balance
- All deposits are made in BTC and converted to USD balance at the current market rate.
- Deposits require a minimum of 2 blockchain confirmations before crediting.
- Deposits under $25 USD equivalent may not be credited.
- Balance is non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances approved by admin.
4. Purchases & Delivery
- All sales are final once the product has been delivered to your orders page.
- Products are delivered instantly upon successful checkout.
- You have 15 minutes from purchase to request a replacement or refund if the product is defective.
- After the 15-minute window expires, no refunds or replacements will be granted.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or platform systems without authorization.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform.
- Sharing account credentials with third parties.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes outside the platform's refund policy.
- Uploading malicious files or attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
6. Privacy & Data
XVault collects minimal data necessary for platform operation. We do not share user data with third parties except as required by law. All sensitive communications should be conducted through the platform's ticket system.
7. Service Availability
XVault strives to maintain 24/7 availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
8. Modifications to Terms
XVault reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
