How do I deposit funds?
Go to TOP-UP page, copy your unique BTC address, send BTC from your wallet. Balance is auto-credited after 2 confirmations. Minimum deposit is $25 USD equivalent. Processing time is typically 20-25 minutes.
What is the refund policy?
You have 15 minutes from purchase to request a replacement or refund if the product is defective. After 15 minutes, all sales are final.
How do I become a reseller?
Click BECOME RESELLER in the sidebar, fill out the application, and wait for admin approval. Once approved, you can upload bases via the Seller Panel.
What payment methods are accepted?
We only accept BTC (Bitcoin) deposits. All prices are displayed in USD but credited based on current BTC market rate at time of deposit.
How do I download my purchased cards?
Go to MY ORDER page, find your order, and click the DL button to download a text file with full card details.
What does VR mean?
VR stands for Valid Rate - the percentage of cards in a base that are expected to be valid. Higher VR means better quality.
Is there a bulk discount?
Yes! Use the BULK BUY feature for large quantities. Discounts apply automatically at checkout based on quantity tiers.
My deposit is not showing. What should I do?
Wait for at least 2 blockchain confirmations (usually 20-25 minutes). If still not showing after 30 minutes, open a support ticket with your TXID. Minimum deposit is $25 USD.
